Prashanth Subramanian

Co-Founder

Prashanth brings over 20 years of experience in helping enterprises, large and small leverage technology to transform and thrive. He drives technology, business strategy and partnerships, while being the executive sponsor for some of our largest customer relationships.

A well-recognized figure in industry circles, Prashanth has several accomplishments to his credit, including:

• Prashanth was recognized by his alma mater, PSG Institute of Management as “Rising Stars of PSG” award during the Golden Jubilee function of the institution, where they recognized the most successful alumni in their 50-year history.
• Vice Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Coimbatore Zone, one of India’s oldest and influential industry organizations. He plays a leading role in local industry and is an active member of the CII Southern Regional Council. He has served as the Convener of their ICT Panel and as Chairman of CII’s flagship IT event, Connect Coimbatore, which is responsible for driving IT investments into this region, as well as promoting IT usage, awareness and nurturing the start-up eco system.
• Serves on the International Board of the IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners), which is the largest community of Microsoft partners in the world. IAMCP works closely with Microsoft’s global leadership.
• Past President of the Coimbatore Management Association, India’s oldest management association and affiliated to AIMA (All India Management Association).
• Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), and the Chair of TiE Angels, Coimbatore.
• Quadra has been recognized by the Coimbatore Management Association with the “Best SME Entrepreneur” award.
• Quadra has also been recognised with the “Professional Excellence Award” from the Rotary Club of Coimbatore.

He also serves on the Board of Studies and Entrepreneurship Boards of prestigious management institutes.

He also frequently speaks in industry and academic circles, and dwells on topics from entrepreneurship, management to cutting edge technology. Prashanth graduated in Applied Sciences from PSG College of Technology, and went on to do his Master’s in Business Administration from PSG College of Technology. He enjoys reading, photography and driving

Nagaraj Ponnuswamy

With over two decades of experience in business strategy, finance, administration and operations, Nagaraj has built a formidable reputation as an execution leader with a flawless track record.  He is responsible for finance, administration and operations and is instrumental in charting growth – both organic and inorganic, increasing revenue and fiscal prudence.

Nagaraj has been responsible for growing Quadra across two decades into a financially strong, process-oriented organization that places ethics, integrity and transparency at the heart.

Some of his various recognitions include:

• Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT), along with The Times of India also recognized Nagaraj as among the top 50 distinguished alumni and awarded Nagaraj with “Exemplars of KCT”.
• Being recognized by his alma mater, PSG Institute of Management as “Rising Stars of PSG” award during the Golden Jubilee function of the institution, where they recognized the most successful alumni in their 50-year history.
• Powering Quadra to receive the “Best SME Entrepreneur Award” from the Coimbatore Management Association, affiliated to All India Management Association (AIMA).
• Leading Quadra to the “Professional Excellence Award” from the oldest Rotary Club in Coimbatore, Rotary Coimbatore Main.
• Along with his KCT batch mates he has teamed up to form a non-profit trust called Vidiyal (www.vidyaindia), which delivers hope and a great education to deserving students from indigent backgrounds. Vidiyal takes care of the entire education expenses from day 1 to graduation, and till date, we have helped 76 students to date, with a career that was once beyond their dreams. He is currently Vice President of Vidiyal.
