Today, Quadra serves 3,000+ customers, and is the most awarded partner in Microsoft's global partner network, apart from being recognized by other industry leaders, trade and management associations. Their culture of integrity, transparency and putting the customer at the center has helped Quadra grow from strength to strength.
Prashanth brings over 20 years of experience in helping enterprises, large and small leverage technology to transform and thrive. He drives technology, business strategy and partnerships, while being the executive sponsor for some of our largest customer relationships.

Prashanth graduated in Applied Sciences from PSG College of Technology and went on to do his Master’s in Business Administration from PSG College of Technology. He enjoys reading, photography and driving.
With over two decades of experience in business strategy, finance, administration and operations, Nagaraj has built a formidable reputation as an execution leader with a flawless track record. He is responsible for finance, administration and operations and is instrumental in charting growth – both organic and inorganic, increasing revenue and fiscal prudence.
Nagaraj has been responsible for growing Quadra across two decades into a financially strong, process-oriented organization that places ethics, integrity and transparency at the heart.

Along with his college mates, he has teamed up to form a non-profit trust called Vidiyal India (www.vidiyalindia.org), which delivers hope and a great education to deserving students from indigent backgrounds. Vidiyal takes care of the entire education expenses from day 1 to graduation, and till date, they have helped 100+ students, with a professional career that was once beyond their dreams. Nagaraj is the President of Vidiyal India, and they are continually expanding their ambitions and scope to help more students.
Nagaraj also supports subsidized medical treatment for children from impoverished families.
Born and brought up in Coimbatore, Nagaraj did his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering at Kumaraguru College of Technology during 1992-1996 and passed with flying colours - his final year project was awarded “Best Project of the Year” in 1996. He went on to complete his Master’s in Business Administration from PSG College of Technology in 1996-1998 with distinction. He is deeply spiritual and involved in several philanthropic activities.
